Celebration of Life 林聖哲 醫師/老師追思典禮

謹以莊嚴感恩的心情通知大家：
夙昔典範，哲人已遠，我們敬愛的林聖哲醫師/老師，已於2020年2月25日早上離開我們。
林老師的追思典禮將於2020年3月12日（星期四）早上10點，在 VanDusen 植物園 Visitor Center Hall 舉行，懇辭花藍奠儀。若有意人士，請以老師的名義捐獻給溫哥華及卑詩省大學醫院基金會 心臟科。

It is with great sadness that we inform of the passing of our beloved founder, Dr. Joseph Lin who passed away on the morning of February 25th, 2020.
Green Club invites you to join us in the celebration of Joseph’s life at the Visitor Center Hall of VanDusen Garden (Address: 5251 Oak Street, Vancouver, B.C.; Telephone: 604.257.8335) on Thursday, March 12th, 2020 at 10 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in memory of Joseph Lin to support the Cardiology fund at VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation.
